1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Yazco Carpets Ltd website and our flooring supply and installation services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services

We provide flooring supply and installation services across London, including carpets, wood flooring, laminate, vinyl/LVT, commercial flooring, subfloor preparation, and stair runner installation. All services are subject to a site survey and written quotation.

3. Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes include supply and fitting unless stated as supply-only. Additional work discovered during installation (e.g. subfloor issues) will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

4. Payment

A deposit may be required to secure materials and booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation. We accept bank transfer, cash, and card payments.

5. Guarantee

We provide a 12-month workmanship guarantee on all installations. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided separately and vary by product. Our guarantee covers defects in fitting only and does not cover normal wear and tear.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your order in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please note that bespoke or custom-cut materials may not be eligible for return. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
