Subfloor Preparation
We assess your existing floor — floorboards, concrete, or old carpet. We fix squeaky boards, secure loose areas, level surfaces, and install moisture barriers for basements. This step is often skipped by competitors, never by us.
Quality Underlay Installation
Standard rubber-backed or foam for comfort. Acoustic underlay for flats meeting Building Regs Part E (35dB+ impact noise reduction). Low TOG underlay for underfloor heating. We only use premium underlays — it makes a huge difference to comfort and carpet lifespan.
Expert Carpet Fitting
Power stretching (not knee kickers) for a drum-tight fit. Meticulous pattern matching, doorway trims fitted flush, professional seaming with invisible joins, and gripper rods properly positioned. Every detail matters.
